Our Community

We are a friendly and inclusive community of local volunteers who care about protecting nature and the environment.  

As a local chapter of the internationally recognised Friends of the Earth, we act local to think global.

 We work together to campaign for our shared planet, share truth to power and produce public events and actions to educate and inspire. We often work in collaboration with other green community groups and charities, using our strength as a local green hub to facilitate mutual aid and support.

Our members come from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, lending their lived and professional knowledge and skills to campaigning.
